Precision Injection Molding Services

Globe Plastics offers precision injection molding services utilizing engineering grade thermoplastics and thermosetting compounds. We specialize in the manufacturing of small to medium parts geared towards production runs of hundred's to million's with offshore resources available.
We provide molded thermosets in materials such as GlobeComposites® BMC, DAP, AcoustaComp®, epoxy, and Phenolic, utilizing fiberglass and carbon fibers, as well as a variety of thermoplastics. Providing injection molded components that feature 1 to 63 cavities, with shot sizes ranging from 1 ounce to 4 pounds.
All of the products we manufacture in our ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 Rev. D (2016) Registered facility are subject to stringent testing and quality control as well as meeting any applicable industry standards. We've produced products for applications as diverse as defense, sound, lighting, petro-chem, medical, and electronics, in a wide range of GlobeComposites® materials.
