Globe Composites | MOLDED COMPOSITE STRUCTURES

Precision Compression Molding Services

At Globe Plastics we've been providing precision compression molded products and services to industrial, aerospace and high tech customers since 1957. We deliver custom manufactured thermoset products and innovative manufacturing solutions. Specializing in the compression molding of small, medium and large size thermoset components, in dimensions up to 72" in length and 48" in width, our advanced processes can also maintain tolerances of ±.001".

We work with general purpose molding compounds such as SMC and BMC, as well as specially formulated AcoustaComp®, engineered structural composites and various polymer matrices. Our GlobeComposites® thermosets offer characteristics such as high strength and stiffness; they are non-conductive, and are resistant to heat and chemicals. These features, when combined with our superior processes and advanced quality control, produce the highest quality thermoset products available in the industry. We are ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 Rev. D (2016) Registered, and can meet a wide range of industry standards and Mil-specs, and provide the testing capabilities to meet the most stringent requirements.

Built on a culture of quality, we've become an industry leader, manufacturing such diverse components as earth reentry components for aerospace , sound reinforcement components, medical devices, architectural lighting, electrical and power generation components, and down hole drilling applications, just to name a few.
