We utilize high precision machining processes such as CNC milling and turning, as well as EDM wire & plunge machining, and surface grinding. These advanced systems are operated by highly skilled machinists with years of experience, and are ideal for the fabrication of high precision molds and mold inserts as well as tooling and fixturing.

The precision of a molded part is only as good as the tooling; all tooling is made from high grade tool steel and is fully designed, assembled, tested, and verified for dimensional accuracy. We also provide mold flow and thermal analysis, ensuring manufacturability. Molds are available in sizes up to 60" in length, 40" in width, with a maximum height of 36'', and up to 8 tons, all while maintaining tolerances to ±.0002".
